Well sports fans, today is the day for Kate and Williams baby boy to be born. I say it will be a boy, and the whole of England will be hitting the pubs. Meanwhile, across The Channel in France, an English rider is winning the Tour de France after 20 stages. Go Britain.
The Houston Astros have plummited to the worst spot in professional baseball. All of their fans, me included, suffer in silence, as we are subjected to new ways a baseball team can loose a game. Maybe they should bring back the pajama uniforms-at least they made the playoffs. The White Sox broke our hearts in the World Series, with a sweep no less. Oh well, at least you can watch the train at Minute Maid Park, although not much of the time. You can certainly find walk-up tickets at any home game, and the Astros don't draw much on the road.
Okay: my favorite president is Jimmy Carter, and history may yet prove how important he was, and is.
Here comes the wrap-up show. I'll see you on the radio.
